Meet Our Newcastle Clinic Team

Meet Our Team

For more than 30 years, we’ve had the privilege of helping people across Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and the surrounding areas with problems affecting movement, comfort and everyday life.

What many patients tell us they value most isn’t just the treatment itself, but the relationships they build with our team along the way. We take pride in getting to know our patients, understanding their goals and supporting them throughout their journey, whether they’re recovering from an injury, managing a long-standing problem or simply trying to stay active and independent.

Our chiropractors, therapists and support team work closely together to ensure every patient feels welcomed, listened to and supported from their very first visit.

Many of our patients have been visiting the clinic for years and we’ve been fortunate to support people through different stages of life. We’ve cared for multiple generations of local families, and many new patients still come to us through recommendations from friends, family and colleagues.

Seeing patients regain confidence, return to activities they enjoy and achieve goals that matter to them remains one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Note: The use of “Dr” is a courtesy title and NONE of the Chiropractors listed on this site, unless stated otherwise, have a general medical qualification. All have accredited Chiropractic qualifications and must be registered with the GCC to call themselves a Chiropractor.

We’ve helped patients through different stages of life, supported families across generations and celebrated countless milestones along the way. Seeing people return to the activities they enjoy and regain confidence in their movement remains one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Dr Robert Finn

Chiropractor
I qualified as a chiropractor over 30 years ago from the Anglo European College of Chiropractors (the oldest and largest chiropractic college in Europe).

I am very passionate about chiropractic and helping patients reach their health goals. Having treated and helped thousands of patients with their musculoskeletal problems ranging from neck, back, sports injuries over the years, I decided to advance to more complicated neurological or severe conditions such as migraines and headache, dizziness/vertigo (related to neck problems), nervous system problems.

In January 2018, I passed my Clinical Neuroscience exams and I am now the only Board Certified #Chiropractic #Neurologist in the Midlands. Out of 3200 chiropractors in the UK, there are fewer than 20 Neurology Diplomates who have achieved this.

This area of science is absolutely fascinating and it fits in extremely well with the ethos of chiropractic that we treat the whole body and allow it to repair itself without pharmaceutical or surgical intervention (until absolutely necessary). I have spent hundreds of hours learning about stimulating the brain to try and address a dysfuntion. I really enjoy treating patients with more complex problems and always appreciate referrals.

When I am not spending time reading and studying, I enjoy spending time with my lovely girls, playing tennis, walking, astronomy and pondering about the "bigger picture".

Dr. Mohamad Kammouh

Chiropractor
I joined the team at Newcastle and Stoke in 2017. I completed my Masters in Chiropractic in 2014 and worked in a number of clinics in Australia. I sat my test of competence exam (an exam that the GCC require foreign (ie non-EEA) chiropractors to take before they can be called chiropractors) in order that I could practice in the UK. In Australia, I also taught anatomy to medical students at Sydney and Macquarie Universities.

I discovered chiropractic when I sustained an injury whilst working as a firefighter and as a chiropractor, I have a special interest in neurology, sports injuries and chronic pain management. I also really enjoy treating shoulder problems!

I work both in the Newcastle and Stoke clinic with most of my time being spent in the Stoke clinic.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and son and exploring the UK and Europe.

Dr Burcu Cetinkaya

Chiropractor
Dr Burcu studied a Masters in Chiropractic in Turkey but first qualified in physiotherapy and worked with patients who suffered from orthopaedic and neurological conditions. Her Masters' thesis focused on **neck treatment** for office workers who work in front of a screen all day and consequently suffer from neck pain which a lot of our patients can relate to.

Dr Burcu is registered with the GCC and is a member of of the British Chiropractic Association and works in both Stoke and Newcastle clinics.

Dr Kirk

Chiropractor
My career has been built on a foundation of diverse experiences. I moved from South Africa to England in 2002, and my two-year service mission in the USA taught me the profound value of helping others—a principle that guides my work today.

My journey to becoming a chiropractor was unconventional: for five years, I balanced studying for my Master’s at McTimoney Chiropractic College with driving a Class 1 articulated lorry. This period taught me discipline and the importance of building a strong foundation, both in vehicles and the human body.

My approach is deeply influenced by 15 years on the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mats, which provides a real-world lens on biomechanics and recovery, further supported by my Sports Massage qualification. I believe in proactive, holistic health. When I'm not in the clinic, you’ll find me recharging outdoors on a hike or enjoying life with my wife and daughters.

Suzanne Rowland

Sports Massage Therapist
I am a qualified Sport Therapist. Since qualifying I have mostly worked with patients to provide Sport massage, however I also provide manual therapy Kinesio taping and exercise rehabilitation.

I came to Sports Therapy after 8 years working within medical research and deciding i wanted a change to more hands-on patient care. I love my job and particularly enjoy helping patients become more comfortable and active.

My sport is horse riding and I have an 8 year old horse. We enjoy going out jumping together and are building up our confidence over some bigger fences.

Chloe Parkes

Sports Massage Therapist
I have always had an interest in the body and how we can self help pain and dysfunction from as early on as being a child, massaging away my mums tension headaches.

In my teens, I completed my BTEC level 3 in Health Sciences and also studied Physiotherapy for a short time, unfortunately this wasn't my desired path.

After the birth of my beautiful daughter, I pursued my career in Sport Massage, training in my level 3 and 4, and have since worked in chiropractic clinics over the last 4 years. In addition to sports massage, I also have qualifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Pregnancy Massage which are both lovely treatments to deliver. And now, I am studying a 5 year, Part Time, Masters in Chiropractic with Mctimoney Chiropractic College.

I am a practical, hands on individual and therefore love the the kind of work I do, especially in helping patients in their functional and wellness journey, it's extremely rewarding.

Outside of work, I'm all about family, I love spending time and making memories with my loved ones. I also enjoy fitness, in the variety of pilates, spinning, HIIT and strength training to name a few. And like many, I love holidaying in the sun whenever the opportunity presents.

I'm a big believer in chiropractic and massage therapy as a way of life and enjoy sharing this passion with all our lovely patients long-standing and new to our care.

Andreea Seni

Sports Therapist
I have always been interested in sports rehabilitation, a passion that began during my time as a member of the Romanian National Boxing Team. I practiced boxing for more than seven years, during which I competed in numerous competitions, becoming a five-time national champion in the junior and youth categories. Additionally, I represented Romania at both the World and European Championships.

During my time on the national team, I was regularly exposed to various rehabilitation techniques, including sports massages, sauna therapy, and other methods essential for athlete recovery. This early exposure fuelled my interest in sports rehabilitation.

I attended a sports high school, where I focused on honing my skills. Later, I moved to the UK to pursue higher education. I completed a two-year Foundation Degree in Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy at Level 5, followed by a top-up Bachelor's Degree in Sports Therapy.

During my time at university, I gained practical experience working as a sports therapist at a clinic in Birmingham, collaborating with various professionals. I also engaged in extensive voluntary work, spending an entire summer at Stafford Town Football Club and participating in major events such as the London Marathon, a Jiu-Jitsu championship, and the Cure Leukaemia initiative.

I remain physically active, continuing to train as a boxer, while also enjoying weightlifting and running. I thrive on setting challenges for myself and am always eager to achieve them.

Ne'ema Bowen

Practice Manager
I have worked in the clinic for over 15 years and as a Practice Manager my role is to ensure that when a patient calls and comes to one of our clinics they receive excellent service and care in a fairly relaxed but professional atmosphere. Alongside all our amazing team in Stoke and Newcastle under Lyme clinics, we are always striving to ensure that each and every individual patient is welcomed and has our full attention.

It is always fulfilling to see so many people improve and attain better health. I understand the agony that some patients feel when they have back pain or neck pain as I have also experienced it. I have seen the benefits of chiropractic not only when I have "pulled" my back but also for my own children. I am an advocate of not just the treatment but of the nutritional and lifestyle advice that is given by our practitioners.

I try to balance work and family life and love to exercise when time allows. Reading, playing tennis, learning about wine and gardening are some of my hobbies.

Sam

Chiropractic Assistant
Growing up I was a competitive swimmer but I sustained an extensive shoulder injury, which ended my swimming career when I was 18. However, this was the time my passion for health, wellbeing and rehabilitation grew. I gained a vast knowledge and gained a BTEC Diploma in Sport and Exercise science, anatomy, psychology and physiology.

I came across Chiropractic care and it blew me away, so I had to be part of it! Being a Chiropractic Assistant is very rewarding. It is great to see the patients journey, from pain phase through to wellness and maintenance.

Over the years, I have received regular Chiropractic treatments and massage- to keep me at my best! Including after having my daughter.

In my spare time, I enjoy: walking and hiking with my husband, daughter and dogs. I love sketching and all things arty. I am also an avid and regular guest at theme parks!
