CARE PACKAGES
For all people in various stages of their care, we also do care packages that are designed to make chiropractic care more affordable. As each person’s needs are different our care packages are tailored to fit your recommendations.
Care packages work on the basis of achieving a discount when booking multiple visits in advance. As always, how long you benefit from chiropractic care is up to you – our aim is to make your care as affordable as possible so you can save money.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my health insurance cover chiropractic treatment?
Many private health insurers include chiropractic care as part of your policy, though cover varies between providers. It’s worth checking directly with your insurer to confirm you’re covered, how many sessions are included, and whether a GP referral is needed first.
If you’re insured, bring your policy details to your first visit and we’re happy to help with any paperwork you need for a claim.
What happens if I need to cancel or rearrange my appointment?
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, just let us know with as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
Please note that we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If this notice isn’t given, a fee of £30 will be payable.
Do you offer payment plans for a course of treatment?
Yes. We offer care packages designed to make ongoing chiropractic care more affordable, with a discount available when you book multiple visits in advance. As everyone’s needs are different, your care package can be tailored to suit your recommended treatment plan.
We also offer a Family Package. Please ask our reception team for further info.
Is chiropractic treatment available on the NHS?
NHS access to chiropractic care is limited and varies from area to area. Most patients across Newcastle-under-Lyme and the wider Stoke-on-Trent area choose to see us privately, which usually means quicker access to care.
If you’d like to explore NHS options first, it’s worth asking your GP what’s available locally. Otherwise, you’re welcome to book privately whenever suits you.
Why might fees differ if I visit your Stoke-on-Trent clinic instead?
Alongside Newcastle Chiropractic Clinic, we also run City Chiropractic in Stoke-on-Trent. Fees at both clinics follow the same structure, so cost shouldn’t be the deciding factor. It usually comes down to whichever location is easier for you to get to, whether that’s Newcastle-under-Lyme, Kidsgrove, Silverdale or central Stoke-on-Trent.
If you’d find it more convenient to be seen in Stoke-on-Trent on occasion, just mention this when booking and we can help arrange it.
What's included in the cost of my first appointment?
Your first visit includes a full Consultation where your chiropractor will take a detailed history of your complaint, and then will perform a thorough chiropractic, neurological and orthopaedic examination (the Examination) to investigate the root cause of your problem and determine a diagnosis.
