It's BackCare Awareness Week 8th - 13th October 2018

This year’s BackCare Awareness Week focuses on back pain in older adults. Back pain is one of the major disabling health conditions among older adults aged 60 years and older. Research highlights the lack of awareness, especially i older adults as to the causes and effects of back pain and pain management. This is the very reason that the Back Care awareness campaign is focusing on this issue.

   First time I went was due to my very bad back pain, didn't have much hope as doctors didn't do anything just kept me on medication that wasn't easing my pain much. Dr Burcu Cetinkaya helped me more than i could say in words, she made a plan for me, did my treatments and gave me exercises to ease my pain and it worked amazingly. I am not struggling with back pain and very happy with the result.
