This is a one on one mobility and strength programme built around you based on the unique 7 step exam that assesses your needs and allows you to enjoy the things you love to do whether it’s playing golf, running or playing with the grandchildren. There are many reasons to practice yoga and here are just 10 of them:
STRESS RELIEF – reduces the physical effects of stress on the body. By encouraging relaxation, yoga helps to lower the levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
PAIN RELIEF – Studies have demonstrated that practicing yoga asanas (postures), meditation or a combination of the two, reduced pain for people with conditions such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, auto-immune diseases and hypertension as well as arthritis, back and neck pain, and other chronic conditions.
