Green Fingers Don't Necessarily Make For A Well Back

We Brits love our gardens. We spend a lot of time and money on them. Now the sun is starting to shine and with longer hours of daylight, gardeners across the country will be spending time get their gardens into shape.

Gardening is a great form of activity regardless of age and it also gets people outdoors which has all kinds of health benefits. Our chiropractors at Newcastle Chiropractic Clinic therefore encourage people to do some gardening. However, gardening isn’t without it’s downsides as far as incurring injuries and strains are concerned.

   First time I went was due to my very bad back pain, didn't have much hope as doctors didn't do anything just kept me on medication that wasn't easing my pain much. Dr Burcu Cetinkaya helped me more than i could say in words, she made a plan for me, did my treatments and gave me exercises to ease my pain and it worked amazingly. I am not struggling with back pain and very happy with the result.
